Dubai Tutors

British-curriculum tutors in Dubai — at home or online. Message a tutor on WhatsApp and book a lesson.

Demo — sample tutors. The tutors below are samples to show how the app works. Real tutors join after launch.

Find a tutor

Filter by subject, grade and area. Every tutor teaches the British curriculum.

For parents — stay safe:
• Contact tutors only through the buttons on this app, so we have a record and can help if anything goes wrong.
• For home lessons, a parent or guardian must be at home during the lesson, and the lesson should happen in a common room — never leave your child alone with the tutor.
• Never pay in advance. Start with one trial lesson and pay the tutor directly after it.
• If anything feels wrong, tap 'Report this tutor' and tell us.

Dubai Tutors is a listing directory only — we don't employ tutors and we're not responsible for lessons or payments between parents and tutors. See the full note at the bottom of this page.

How it works

For parents

1

Find your tutor

Filter by subject, grade, area and price. Read each tutor's experience and permit status.

2

Message on WhatsApp

Tap the WhatsApp button on the tutor's card. Tell them your child's grade and what you need.

3

Book a trial lesson

Agree a time and price with the tutor directly. Most parents start with one trial lesson.

For tutors

1

List yourself

Fill in the form below with your subjects, areas, rate and permit status.

2

We check your permit

Private tutors in the UAE need a permit. Permitted tutors get the verified badge.

3

Parents message you

Once approved, your card appears in the list. Parents contact you on WhatsApp and book directly.

Trust note: In the UAE, private tutors need a permit to teach. This app lists tutors who hold a permit — look for the “Permit verified” badge on a tutor's card. Always agree the price and lesson time with the tutor before the first lesson.

List as a tutor

Are you a British-curriculum tutor in Dubai? Add yourself — it takes two minutes.

Stay safe: Every registration is reviewed by our team before it appears on this page. Tutors must show permit proof for the “Permit verified” badge. Never pay in advance — start with one trial lesson and pay the tutor only after it.
Read before you apply:
• Every application is reviewed by our team. Nothing goes live automatically.
• After submitting, confirm your number by messaging us on WhatsApp. We will ask for your tutor permit and ID — send them to earn your 'Permit verified' badge. No permit proof, no listing.
• If any detail is found fake — a false permit, false identity, or false qualifications — you will be blocked and you cannot apply again.
After submitting, confirm your number on WhatsApp.

That message comes from your own number, so it proves the number is yours. We will review your registration and list you once it is approved. Your details go to our team for review — nothing is listed until we approve it.

Questions parents ask

Do tutors on this app need a permit?

Yes. In the UAE, private tutors need a permit to teach. Tutors who hold one show a “Permit verified” badge. Tutors who are applying show that status on their card.

How do I pay the tutor?

Directly to the tutor — most accept bank transfer or cash. Agree the price and payment method with the tutor on WhatsApp before the first lesson. Dubai Tutors does not take payment.

Can I try one lesson first?

Yes. Most parents start with a single trial lesson and then decide. Ask the tutor about a trial when you message them.

Home visit or online — which is better?

Home visits suit younger children. Online suits IGCSE and A-Level students who are used to studying on a screen. Use the “Lesson mode” filter to see tutors for each.

What if the tutor is not a good fit?

Just tell the tutor after the trial lesson. You are free to try another tutor from the list — there is no booking fee.

How do you stop fake tutors?

Every tutor registration is reviewed by our team before it appears on this page. Tutors must show permit proof to earn the “Permit verified” badge. If a tutor misbehaves, use the “Report this tutor” link on their card and we will remove them.

Should I pay in advance?

No. Never pay in advance. Start with one trial lesson, and pay the tutor only after it. If anyone asks for advance payment, report them using the “Report this tutor” link on their card.
